Hi KSL management, I am a resident in D Inspire Residence, unit no 1503 Block B, i want to make a complaint about poor services from your management. There are, 1.
All my access card cant be utilised for the lift PL 1 since i report to your reception counter on May 2016. However, its very small issue, but it has been 8 months the problem is still yet been solved. Why?? 2.
Most of time I can see some cars were not parking properly in the right parking lot, they park their car at the side of car park main entrance, it really make trouble to other users, but management never take your action & penalty to them. Who is want to take responsibility if accident case happen? 3. Do not provide a safety security to residents.
That happened a stolen case about somebody thief was trying to steal my husband' motorcycle on past few months ago, and his rain coat has missing at that time. We did make a police report and send to your management, but you management never take any action or reply us on your investigation. Never check CCTV or doing security enhancement? 4.
And i notice a poor security provided as those guards are simply allow outsider come in to D inspire building with no checking & block them as necessary. 5.
Environment surrounding rubbish tank at ground floor along the road, car park area, corridor of each level is smelly & dirty, cleaners are not conducting a good job on the cleaning services. Please improve your management service as per above mentioned as all resident is compulsory paying a high cost maintenance fee every month, however, your management team is only take care of entertaining hotel guests but never care benefits of residents.
